Learn to Trade Options with Options University

Posted by Blain Reinkensmeyer on Thursday July 26, 2007

Options University has been a provider of educational materials since 2004, and has paid for a post here on Stock Trading To Go. The company teaches investors how to make consistent profits while limiting risk with options. The great thing about their programs is that they offer something for investors at every level.

To really get an idea of what options are for those who are curious, here is a link to an introductions video to options. I watched the video and found it to have a pretty decent overview of some of the strategies both basic and advanced to how options can be used.

The company is run by three main guys: Brett Fogle who is the President and CEO, Ron Lanieri who is the Chief Options Strategist, and Bill Johnson who is the Director of Education. They all have a strong background for their professions, and you can read some of the product testimonials highlighting some customer feedback.

I was asked to mention two best selling products:

You can also head over to their homepage and scroll to the bottom to find a visual reference and list of all their major educational products.

I have not had the opportunity yet to test out any of their products and see first hand how they work out. From what I was shown though it seems that these products can definitely add some sort of value to any trader wishing to learn options trading. I wish the site had more explanatory overviews for their main products instead of landing pages or going straight to purchase pages. Especially from clicking over to view a product from the homepage, I should be sent to a overview page instead of a purchase page. Just my general synopsis though.

If you are looking to learn about options trading or extend your current knowledge base, you should definitely atleast check out the Options-University Website and see what they have to offer. They have a wide variety of material available for any experience trader, and it could be the key to your future success.
